• Is Imagetext an Apple Authorised Service Provider? Yes. We are a fully Apple Authorised Service Provider (ASP). This means all repairs are performed by Apple-certified technicians using genuine Apple parts. Your factory warranty and consumer protections remain fully intact when you service your device with us.

• Can I make a claim under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)? Absolutely. If your Apple device has failed due to a manufacturing defect and is outside its standard 12-month warranty, you may be entitled to a free repair under the CGA. As an official partner, we can assess your device and help facilitate this process directly with Apple. We also assit in insurance damage reports.

• How long will my Mac or MacBook repair take? We understand that your device is your livelihood. We pride ourselves on the fastest turnaround times in New Zealand. Most assessments are completed within 24 hours, are typically finished within 2–3 business days, depending on part availability.

• Do I need to back up my data before bringing it in? While we take every precaution to protect your information, we strongly recommend backing up your device to iCloud or an external drive before service. If your device won’t turn on, ask at our Epsom office.

• Do I need to book an appointment, and is there parking? While we welcome walk-ins at our Epsom Service Centre (3 Owens Road), booking your repair online ensures the fastest service. Best of all, we have free, dedicated customer parking right outside our door – no need to worry about Auckland city traffic or parking wardens.
