Imagetext office closure

We are closing from 12pm (midday) on Friday 20th December 2019 – reopening 8:30am Monday 6th January 2020

Important dates for Apple device service check-in

Sending your device by courier?

All courier deliveries of devices for repair must arrive before 5pm, Monday 16th December 2019.

Dropping off your device in person?

Beats and Apple Watch Repairs

Final check in date – Tuesday, 17th December 2019 – 5PM – Repairs for iPhone and Apple Watch will not be accepted after this. Customer can still choose to book-in the product at reception and then take the product away for the Christmas break. Upon our return we will reach out to customers who pre-booked jobs and call them back in for service if the customer has not yet dropped their product in.

Mac and iPad Repairs

Final check in date – Wednesday, 18th December 2019 – 5PM – Repairs for Mac and iPad will not be accepted after this time. Customer can still choose to book-in the product at reception and then take the product away for the Christmas break. Upon our return we will reach out to customers who pre-booked jobs and call them back in for service if the customer has not yet dropped their product in.

iPhone Repairs 

iPhone Battery ONLY Repairs
Final check in date – Thursday 19th December 2019 – 2PM – Customer should check our availability and book a reservation by visiting https://getsupport.apple.com. If there is no availability then we are fully booked and, they should check with other Apple Authorised Service Providers by using the same website, or calling AppleCare.

iPhone Display ONLY Repairs (iPhone X and above only)
Final check in date – Thursday 19th December – 2PM – Customer should check our availability and book a reservation by visiting https://getsupport.apple.com.
